HOW IT WORKS
Every Friday a new menu for the following week is sent to clients highlighting each days choices of protein and sauces, grains, simple carbs, and fresh vegetables.
Clients then build their desired meals plan for the week by selecting from the options provided. Selections are then sent to Chef Rudy via email or text.
Meals are delivered hot & fresh daily between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:oo p.m. to the client's desired location (work or home etc).
